We are always on the look out for talented bespoke software developers to join our team, qualifications are not as desirable as proven experience and a record/references to prove this.
Having worked in the IT industry for almost 10 years in UK and across Europe we learned from a very early stage that most MCSE qualified engineers (as an example) know what bill gates wrote in a book and because they have not learned things for themselves, they take longer to solve problems.
We only employ competent problem solvers who know how to get a business back up and running ASAP, although you may be tasked to visit homes it is critical the same urgency is applied no matter who the customer is.
